Cruelty Free Beauty

Animal cruelty is an issue I feel very strongly about. I can't even watch the adverts on t.v for animal charities without getting upset (this may sound a bit daft but I'm sure most of you know where I'm coming from).
So this is why I'm in no way prepared to use products that have been tested on animals, especially cosmetics, I'd rather go without than know that an animal has suffered just so I can have a lipstick. There's no reason for it, especially in this day and age.
Over the years I've made every effort to research products/manufacturers to avoid using products that aren't cruelty free. This only takes a matter of minutes, whether it's looking on the packaging or a quick Google search you can find out everything you need to know about their policies. I feel most beauty bloggers don't really seem to address the issue and often post about companies who are known to still use animal testing and encourage others to do so.
So I've compiled my own list of manufacturers I love and use on a daily basis that I know have cruelty free policies. I know a lot of people will recommend using Lush products but unfortunately I'm highly allergic to their products so I can't.

.Barry M, Soap & Glory, Ted Baker, Lee Stafford, Boots, MUA.

These are just a few of the manufacturers I buy from and can honestly say I love using and they are ALL cruelty free! However, not all of them are Vegan (they may contain beeswax etc.) so it's always worth doing that extra little bit of research if you are Vegan. I hope you enjoyed my post and it has maybe made some people think a bit more about not using products that are tested on animals. Please feel free to add on anymore cruelty free brands you love, they don't just need to be cosmetic I'd love to hear about all kinds of products.
